Staying Put is Worse Than Going Somewhere Wrong

Having clear goals is important to achieve the things you want. But the destination might not always be visible. A direction and the courage to start the journey are more important in the long run. There is a distance between the thing you want to have and where you are.

Finding the absolute shortest way only proves that you either don’t challenge yourself enough or that it is not that far from you.

The road should be filled with zigzags. But if you know the direction you want to go, it is easy to reach. Going no where is worse than going somewhere wrong. Going somewhere wrong means you don’t go there ever again. Pruning bad stuff for later is always a good effort for your future self.

If you know yourself and revise truly to stay true to your intentions, it is not hard to see that the path you are on is not for you. So there is nothing to be stressed about. The only thing you have to do is start tackling the first actionable thing.
